Starting in our first session, I’ll lovingly “read you to filth.” I’ll point out your blind spots, call you out where it’s needed, and start providing strategy to heal your nervous system & get you more effective ASAP.

Now that you’re building momentum and getting results, we’ll look for sneaky subconscious belief systems that keep you working harder than you need to. We’ll transform these, using a combination of techniques that re-wire your nervous system, so you can start showing up as a better version of yourself.
Mastery
Now that you know your blind spots, have the techniques, and have rewired your brain for more sustainable performance, you’ll move into mastery mode. You’ll continue to apply your techniques, do additional subconscious programming as-needed, but mostly just enjoy the outcomes of our work together.
